Seperti merk lokal seperti axioo laptop zyrex punya kelebihan dari aspek harga dan merupakan kebanggan karena buatan anak negeri. Namun demikian ada juga kekurangannya seperti harga jual kembali yang sangat timpang dengan harga beli awal, layanan purna beli seperti sevice kurang optimal karena outlet servicenya masih sangat terbatas. Disamping itu secara kualitas body dan chasing luarnya terbukti mudah rapuh dan cepat rusak. Jauh jika dibanding produk luar.
